Gloom is Not Always A Bad Things

What will you do when you feeling blue, gloom, or stressed out? 

I usually do nothing. Just laying down, looking up to the wall, imagining something that never happen in real life.

Is it a solution? or just an Excuse to escape from reality?

Nothing can tell you if it is a right/wrong. Just you who can really know yourself. 

But it doesn't means you have to be alone. Although being together with somebody isn't always the right answer

Maybe here is some word that can help you find the way out


"Deal with Loneliness

but kept the Peace"

 

"If you hate something

then figure out what you love to do"

 

"Do nothing is tiring

Do a thing is healing"

 

"Music is free therapy"

 

"Enjoy the moment you have now"

 

"Don't even like coffee

Just love the vibe"

 

"Being alone is just a way to escape from reality"
